Information we process
The name, email address, optional company name, selected service and message you submit, together with the submission time and form language. A hash derived from the connection address is used to limit spam. Do not send personal identity numbers, payroll records, payment-card data or health information.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand your needs and prepare a proposal. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our business services and, where applicable, steps you request before entering a contract. We do not use this form to add you to marketing lists or make automated decisions.
Retention and access
Form messages are stored in the site’s protected database. Access is limited to people handling Avu enquiries and technical providers as required for their work. Messages are kept while the enquiry is handled, for up to 6 months, unless they become part of a client relationship or another retention basis applies. Client data processing is agreed separately.
Service providers and location
The site uses OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. No regional data residency has been configured. Data may be processed outside the EU and EEA under the service terms and data processing terms that apply. Contact Avu for further information.
Fonts, cookies and technical data
Manrope is served by this site. Zodiak is loaded from Fontshare, which receives the technical connection information required to deliver the font. We have not added advertising cookies or separate marketing tracking scripts. The hosting platform may process technical information needed for operation and security.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may request portability where that right applies. Send your request to Avu by email or using the form. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
